CROSS

Hello, today we have had the cross, a competition in which we have to run in a determinated distance to try to do our best.
I love this competition very much because I run with my friends and I feel very well, also I know new people.
Today I finished the race and before finish, I do a "minirace" with an other student that I win, this was very funny. After many times that this activity was failed I felt very well and I want to do the althelism right now.

ALMOST ALL

Hello again, you have seen the title and you think, what?
Almost all because  the only thing that I haven't done is the race which is at the end the 29th of November and today was the last day to did the the last practice of the plan c.
In these days that I have ran, I had been too exciting, running, riding a bike and walking.
Almost all the time I run in las hermanillas or in my village football stadium.
The objectives of the plan are the 9 following:
1. During 40 min combine: 5 min walking fast + 5min ccs
2. 10min walking slow + 10min ccs + 5min walking slow + 10min ccs + 5min continuous race faster + 5min ccs
3. Ride a bike or walk in an irregular place during at least 1h30 very slow
4. 5min ccs + during 40 min combine: 4 min ccs + 1 min continuous race faster + 5min ccs
5. 25 min continuous race slow
6. Ride a bike or walk in an irregular place during at least 1h45 very slow
7. 10min ccs + during 40 min combine: 4 min ccs + 1 min continuous race faster + 10min ccs
8. 35 min ccs
9. Ride a bike or walk in an irregular place during at least 2h
With some problems I can do all and I am so confident that I can do a very good race.

THE FIRST HOMEWORK

Hello again I have passed to third and I have to continue with this blog.
The first post is about the CCT (Cross Country Training), this is a compulsory scolar activity in which you have to run a lot to try to be the first. This year I think that I have to run about 2.5 kilometres, it is hard but I love this activity a lot because I do not run alone, I run together my friends and I also make new friends. This year I have a goal which is try to reach the first one hundred training hard and well. In my high school there are three types of training:
-Plan A
-Plan B
-Plan C
The last one is the hardest and it is the one that I have chosen I want to reach my goal with this training I think that I will be able to do it if I train a lot.
